MANAGING STRESS AND DEPRESSION

Hello, my reader, welcome once more to our blog of reality. We dig down in understanding ways to cope with stress and depression. Stress is universal and common to every human being caused by different situations. Stress may result from anxiety. Being too anxious about anything that involves future events like job interviews can reflect stress in ones mind, women face stress due to anxiety before their weeding day and can cause delay in their monthly menstruation. Some other stress are due to school performance in college or university. Others occurs due to broken relationships, unemployment, and even due to sickness.

Staying with stress can be harmful to ones psychology and even the effect can be expressed to people within the stressed person. Stress brings about negative thinking. One might start using drugs think of commiting suecide and others get the depression.

Ways to cope with this situations of stress is sharing your challenges with very close persons whom you trust and be honest with that person, seeking professional guidance from psychologist , doing a exerciss and eating balanced diet, walking in peaceful environment like beach, or a park, making sure you get enough sleep , avoid thinking about what causes you stress.
This will help you to avoid too much of stress.

Those experiencing depression basically you should start reading novels, watching documentaries and listening to cool music. Do a lot of exercise and find yourself a time to do meditation. Do your hobby and start doing sport activities you like. This will reduce depression. 

Know your not alone, accept situations and most importantly understand your potential of believing in yourself without any doubt's take courage and move by always doing something new to you , this keeps you a step ahead .

Spare the rod spoil the child.is a statement that makes it possible to parents to punish their children for their mistakes. I aurge the parents to allow other people to punish their children when found in mistake for this makes the child more careful whenever s/he is not around the parents. A child punished for a mistake would not repeat it again as once beaten twice shy. Parents add toxins to their children by not punishing their children even after they do wrong and when punished by another person they approach in fury this a trait of toxic parenting  Shouting at your child all time makes them fearful growing up knowing the shouting could lead to a Heavy punishment this makes them start fearing their parents. The point is not to be feared by your own child but be given respect. Children know that honoring their mother and father is commandment that has a promise. They respect but parents fail the children by making them fearful.the shouting will torture some children for the ask why

YOUTH AND MARRIAGES

 Today we are talking problem of marriage amongst youth. Many youths claim to be jobless, they don't have enough to provide to their family. This should not be a obstacle anymore. Youth needs to get out of comfort zone ànd be creative and innovative if there are few jobs to cater their needs. Most of youths are not responsible. If one is responsible to him/herself you will have enough respect to be responsible to other people. That's where you will get to realize you care take care of marriage. Other youth prefer to life of partying which is todays trend. That's why they fear marriage for they know what they used to party day in Day out will be end due to special attention given to marriage. Peer pressure of waiting for your age set to marry is killing youths. Please avoid pressures of being judged or how you will be presumed.
